How do I choose

my wedding photographer?

Hi friend!

Feeling a little overwhelmed on who to choose or how to choose the wedding photographer that is going to capture your every move and moment of the most important day of your life??? ......Let me assure you....take a deeep breath ;) It is a very important question. But I do believe in the power of God, and I will be praying that He leads and guides you, and give you peace to form the answer of who to choose.

1) Style (posing and editing)

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO CHOOSE FIRST: Choose the photographer who's STYLE you enjoy. Period. Seriously...if you're torn between two photographers because of price but you really like the more expensive photographer's editing and posing style, and feel like you could trust them to deliver to you the EXACT "product" you're wanting...Please go with that photographer. Two reasons for this: The first reason is - these precious photos are literally (unless you're also hiring a videographer) one of the very few things you will have to remember this special day by. Wouldn't that be so sad to walk away wishing you would have chosen a photographer that was more of what you would have wanted? I know the photography isn't the most important part of your big day. Not even by a longshot, but the memories kept in these images will literally last a lifetime. The second reason this is so important is for the photographer. I personally don't like working with "Bridezillas" ....yikes.... did I just say that? Haha! But seriously...you are supposed to be hiring this professional to help YOU relax and take the stress of ensuring that this day is captured by more than just the pictures that your guests take. We photographers are here to be your expert on the subject, and bare the burden a little. Especially the creative "burden". So, choose someone who you would absolutely trust to capture your day - no matter how their technique at getting those images are!

2) Price.

This is absolutely does count as important to so many people. Myself included on the day that I got married. However...this was the one item
